Refund Policy

Zero Filer is dedicated to providing high-quality services to help you set up your U.S. business. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • If we fail to deliver the services as described or agreed upon in a timely manner.

  • If you request a refund within 30 days of payment, and the services have not been completed or delivered.

  • If there is a clear error on our part that results in an incorrect filing or service delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • State Filing Fees: These are fees paid directly to the state and are non-refundable once submitted.

  • Services Already Delivered: If we have already provided any of the services, including LLC formation or EIN acquisition, the service is considered complete, and a refund is not available.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email at support@zerofiler.com or call +92 312 2589090 within 30 days of payment. We will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the original transaction.


4. Disputes

If you feel that your refund request has not been handled appropriately, please contact our support team for further assistance. If you still believe the matter requires resolution, you may escalate your concerns to our management team for further review.


5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as necessary. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund procedures.
